As a cross between Northern Lights and Haze, this strain will take you on a lighthearted journey of epic proportions. You might experience some creativity or even become chatty, but no matter what happens you’ll be sure to have fun along the way. If you are an outdoorsy type or enjoy hiking through nature with friends, then Jack Herer should definitely be on your list when choosing which strains to explore next. This strain has been used by hikers for decades because of its ability to provide energy without making them too tired or making it difficult for them to function in social situations later on in life due to its calming effects. This means that it’s best paired with your favorite activity, whether you want to hike or camp or go on an adventure, this strain will help you get through it all! The high from Durban Poison comes on quick and strong, making it perfect for those who need an energy boost during their adventures. The effects are also long-lasting so if you plan on staying up late playing video games or smoking some weed while watching movies with friends, this could be just what you need! AK-47 AK-47 is a sativa dominant hybrid that was created by breeders in California. This strain is actually a cross between two legendary strains, Hindu Kush and OG Kush. The genetics of the parent strains are very similar and they both have high levels of THCV, which gives AK-47 its cerebral effects. AK-47 has a sweet aroma with floral undertones and tastes like earthy pine needles with subtle hints of citrus fruit on the exhale. It has an instant head rush but leaves you feeling relaxed yet energetic at the same time if you choose to smoke it before going out on your adventure. AK-47 is a potent strain that is known for its cerebral effects. It will leave you feeling euphoric and energized, with a slight body buzz that can help manage muscle tension or pain. AK-47 has an intense smell reminiscent of pine needles, making it perfect for outdoor activities like hiking or camping. Amnesia Haze Amnesia Haze is a Sativa dominant hybrid strain that is great for creative tasks. This strain is a cross between Amnesia and Haze, and it’s considered one of the strongest strains available. The effects are powerful; they include a euphoric head high, happiness, relaxation and creativity. It’s also good for social events and can help you focus on your surroundings rather than being overwhelmed by them like other strains might cause you to feel at times. Amnesia Haze can be smoked during the day or early evening hours as its effects last up to 6 hours per dose depending on how much you smoke. Some people find this strain helpful when writing papers or doing research while others enjoy smoking it before going out with friends since it makes everything seem more fun! Pineapple Express Pineapple Express is a hybrid strain that was bred from the cross of Trainwreck, an indica-dominant strain, and Hawaiian. This strain is known for its strong effects, with many users reporting feelings of euphoria and creativity. It’s also great for pain relief, relaxation and stress relief. This makes it an ideal choice for daytime use or anytime you need to be productive. If you're new to cannabis or want an easy way to get started, this could be your best bet as well: Pineapple Express is thought by many to have more of a heady high than some other strains on this list—so if you're prone to anxiety after consuming cannabis products like edibles or vaping oil concentrates, this may not be the best choice for you! These 5 strains of weed offer some great benefits to make your next adventure a little more fun. Whether you're off to see the world or just off to watch Netflix, there's nothing like glamping it up in the great outdoors. But if you don't have a campsite all set up and stocked with some amazing weed, it can be difficult to enjoy your experience as much as possible. Luckily for you (and us), we've found five strains that will make any adventure more fun. All five of these strains are sativa dominant and each contain high percentages of THC and CBD (the two most popular cannabinoids), so they'll get you high without causing couch lock! Conclusion So, if you’re an adventurer or explorer and are looking for the perfect strain to smoke while exploring nature, these five strains should definitely be on your radar. In fact all of the strains listed above are great choices, but each has its own unique set of characteristics so make sure you check out some reviews before deciding which one is right for your adventure! - Storage Tips To Keep Your Cannabis Fresh
The cannabis industry is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes a lot of innovation. From edibles to concentrates to tinctures and more, there's never been a better time to be a cannabis consumer—or a better time for companies to try new things. The rise in popularity of THC-infused products has also led to new storage techniques and packaging options, including sealable bags that keep cannabis fresher longer. But we've all heard the saying "you can't judge a book by its cover," right? It turns out that you can't always trust your eyes when it comes to product freshness either. High-quality cannabis should be stored properly to retain its potency, aroma, and flavor. You’ve spent time and money on acquiring high-quality cannabis. Now, it’s time to make sure that you store it properly so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor as long as possible. The first rule of storing cannabis is to keep it cool and dry. The best method for preventing mold is to store your weed in an airtight container that has been sealed and placed in a dark place (like a drawer or cabinet). The darker the better! As you may have guessed, this will help protect against pests like mites or other tiny insects which could be attracted by light. Cannabis should be kept away from heat sources because they can reduce potency over time or cause mold growth if stored improperly in humid conditions such as bathrooms. Most experts agree that anywhere between 50% humidity and 70% humidity will work best for storing this potent plant material without compromising its integrity too much; however, some people prefer higher levels of humidity because they believe that gives their buds less chance at getting dried out during storage periods (which does happen). If you choose this route then make sure there isn't too much moisture present either since moisture can lead to mold growth too. Proper storage protects your cannabis from microbial growth and preserves its quality. If you're an avid consumer of cannabis, it's important to keep in mind that improper storage will lead to microbial growth and can cause a loss of potency, aroma, flavor and even cannabinoids. Microbial growth can also alter the properties of your plants over time by changing the chemical composition of your harvest. In addition to this, microbial growth causes a loss of terpenes – those fragrant compounds responsible for giving marijuana its smell! The most important thing you should be considering when storing your weed is the container itself. Glass, ceramic or steel are all good options for storing your cannabis. If using glass storage containers, it's best to avoid using colored glass to prevent light from penetrating through. Also keep in mind that you want something airtight so as not to let any moisture in and potentially cause mold growth. The ideal storage conditions for cannabis The ideal storage conditions for cannabis include a temperature between 68°F and 77°F and a relative humidity level of 55-62%. You can use a hygrometer (a device that measures the moisture content in the air) to measure humidity levels, but it's not necessary. If you live in an area where the temperature is consistently above or below these ranges, you'll need to adjust your storage accordingly. The key thing to remember is that both temperature and relative humidity should be consistent over time—if one goes up or down by more than 5 degrees F and/or 10% RH, then it's time to open up your jars! Make sure excess moisture doesn't build up in your storage container by using a desiccant such as silica gel or an herb drying rack. To keep excess moisture from building up in your storage container, use a desiccant to absorb it. Desiccants are available for purchase at most garden stores and can come in different shapes, sizes, and colors. Silica gel is an excellent type of desiccant because it can absorb more than 200 times its weight in water vapor. It's also reusable—the dried out gel will turn into a clump when it's saturated with moisture. If you're using silica gel beads as your desiccant of choice, make sure they're free from dust or any other debris before adding them to the jar where you store your cannabis (you don't want mold spores getting into your stash). When you're away from your home for extended periods, it’s best to store your weed in the refrigerator instead of a pantry or cabinet. When you’re away from your home for extended periods, it’s best to store your weed in the refrigerator instead of a pantry or cabinet. A cool, dark place is ideal for keeping cannabis fresh. Heat and light are bad news for your cannabis buds; they can cause them to lose flavor and potency. Put your freshly picked bud in a sealed container and keep it in a cool, dark place until you get home. If you have time on your hands before heading out on an adventure, put some ice packs inside the container with your stash. This will slow down the degradation process while preserving its freshness as much as possible when stored in heat or sunlight conditions that would otherwise cause rapid deterioration of quality over time. Only purchase recently harvested buds rather than older ones that have been sitting on dispensary shelves for months or years. There are two main ways you can store your buds: in the freezer or on the counter. If you want to use them for smoking, it’s best to keep them in the freezer. This will slow down the aging process and preserve the cannabinoids and terpenes that make cannabis so potent, flavorful and enjoyable. For long-term storage (i.e., if you want to save some for later), vacuum sealing is recommended over freezing because it helps prevent freezer burn. You can also store your cannabis in glass jars with an airtight seal, but this method doesn’t preserve as much of its quality over time as vacuum sealing does; if you choose this method, make sure they're stored in a dark place where light won't affect their flavor or potency (like under your bed). Conclusion We hope you enjoyed this article and learned some new tips on how to keep your cannabis fresh. This is a very important topic to us here at Steady Eddy's, as we love keeping our customers happy with the highest quality product possible! We also want to remind everyone that if you have any questions or comments please feel free sending them our way, we’re always happy to help out!
- 7 Ways To Use Cannabis In Your Daily Routine
As cannabis becomes more widely accepted, we're learning about all the ways it can be used, from topicals to ingestion. There are many ways to add cannabis to your daily routine and reap its health benefits. Here are some of our favorites: Hand balm You can make your own cannabis hand balm at home, which is a great way to use the plant’s healing properties. Make a base of coconut oil and beeswax, then add cannabis to the mixture. For fragrance and benefits, you can add essential oils like rosemary or lavender oil. Vitamin E oil also provides some benefits for skin health when added to your balm! Finally, adding in preservatives (like vitamin E) will keep your product from spoiling too quickly once it's made. There are many different ways that you can add cannabis into your daily routine and we hope that these tips will help inspire you in some way! Bath soak The cannabis plant has been used for thousands of years to help soothe sore muscles, but it's also great at easing anxiety and pain. The right strain can put you in a relaxed state that can help you unwind after a long day or get ready for bed. If you love taking baths, adding cannabis to your routine is easy: all you need are some bath salts, oil or a bomb! By dissolving some of your favorite strain in hot water first, then adding the rest when it cools down (this will keep all those nice therapeutic qualities from evaporating), you'll have an experience that is both relaxing and meditative. Eye cream Eye cream is another great way to incorporate cannabis into your skincare routine. Cannabis has been proven to help reduce puffiness, dark circles and fine lines around the eyes. It can also be used to help reduce inflammation and redness in the area around your eyes, which may make it easier for you to deal with some of the symptoms that come with aging. When applied regularly (every few days), cannabis can help reduce the appearance of fine lines around the eyes as well as dark circles under them. Cannabis contains two active ingredients that work together: THC and CBD. THC has been shown to relax muscles in areas like those around your eyes; it does this by binding directly with receptors found on muscle cells so that they become less tense or spasmodic when exposed to this chemical compound. CBD also has anti-inflammatory properties which can help reduce puffiness caused by swelling or irritation in tissues. In addition, CBD oil has been found effective at reducing redness when applied directly onto irritated skin. Body oil Cannabis body oil is a great way to treat dry skin. It’s also an excellent moisturizing treatment for the face, hands, feet and scalp. Making cannabis body oil is easy—simply add a few drops of pure cannabis tincture to your favorite base oil (like coconut or grapeseed). Apply it directly to the areas where you want relief from dryness (such as elbows) and massage it in for a few minutes before washing off with warm water. Vaporizer A vaporizer is the most efficient way to consume cannabis. The device heats your flower or concentrate until it's hot enough to produce vapor, but not hot enough to burn it. You then inhale that vapor through a straw, which allows you to feel the effects of cannabis without experiencing any smoke or harshness from combustion. Vaporizers are also known as vapes; in this article we'll use both terms interchangeably. Vaporizers are extremely popular with consumers and dispensaries alike because they're easy-to-use and portable—meaning you can take it wherever you go—and because they limit your exposure to harmful byproducts that come with burning material such as tar and carbon monoxide (CO). If you're new to vaping, start out with a vape pen before graduating up into more advanced models like desktop vapes or even portable convection vaporizers (which require plugs). Cannabis-infused coffee and tea Cannabis-infused coffee and tea are two of the most popular ways to consume cannabis. They're great for starting your day, but they're also effective at helping you wind down after a long day's work. Cannabis-infused coffee is a delicious way to get a little high in the morning, or even in the afternoon if you need it. It can give you an extra boost when you're feeling tired or sluggish, and it can help improve focus so that you'll be able to tackle your tasks with ease. If you want something that will help keep you awake at night (or if there's something else on your mind), try some cannabis-infused tea as an alternative beverage choice for those late-night hours when nothing else seems appealing enough. Raw cannabis juice There are a lot of ways to get the health benefits of cannabis through your diet. One option is raw cannabis juice, which can be used in a variety of ways to make your meals more enjoyable. Raw cannabis juice is made using the leaves and stems of the cannabis plant that have not undergone any heat processing. This means that you'll be getting all of the beneficial compounds found in raw marijuana, like CBD and THC, but without any psychoactive effects (i.e., no high). The resulting product doesn't look like green beer or chocolate syrup—it's just green liquid—but it has a subtle taste reminiscent of fresh-cut grass with some hints of lemon and mint. This type of juice can be used as an ingredient in other foods or drinks: add it to smoothies, salad dressings or marinades; use it as part of crudité platters with hummus dip; or simply drink it straight from the bottle (leave out any pulp). Conclusion We hope this post has given you some inspiration on how to incorporate cannabis into your daily routine. As we mentioned, there are many ways to do this—and it all depends on what works best for you. If one method isn't working out as well as expected, don't be afraid to switch things up!
- Our Top 10 Cannabis Strains of 2022
We've been cannabis enthusiasts for years and we love to experiment with different strains, grow methods, and effects. There are so many options available now that it can be confusing. We've found that some strains have a tendency to produce more euphoria than others do. Others seem to bring us right back down again. After much trial and error (and a little bit of research), we've come up with our top 10 favorite strains of 2022: Abusive OG If you're looking for a strain that will help you relax, Abusive OG is the best choice. This hybrid strain has a high THC content and is known for its intense cerebral effects. The flavor is very earthy and pungent, with notes of citrus fruit and pine resin. It's also said to have some of the strongest indica-like effects on the market: you'll feel a strong body high as well as an uplifting mood boost that makes everything seem lighter than usual. This can be beneficial when dealing with depression or anxiety—it might even make it easier to go through your day-to-day routine without getting bogged down by negativity! Blue Dream Most cannabis enthusiasts are familiar with Blue Dream, one of the most popular strains on the market. However, some may not know its history or how potent it can be. Blue Dream is a hybrid strain that has been around since the 1990s and has gained popularity in recent years. It's cross between two other well-known strains: Blueberry and Hindu Kush (a strong indica). It has an average THC content of about 20%, which is above average for most recreational strains but below average for medical ones. The effects are best described as relaxing and euphoric—perfect for winding down after work or hitting up your favorite concert! Durban Poison Durban Poison is a sativa strain with a THC content of 15-20%. It is an award-winning strain and was created by crossing Skunk #1 with a Pakistani strain. The Durban Poison plant produces large, dense buds covered in resin crystals that may look like snowflakes from afar. The aroma is earthy and sweet with citrus undertones, while the taste is similar to its smell with notes of pine and wood mixed together. It has energizing effects that make it ideal for daytime use as well as activities such as hiking or working out at the gym. This strain also works well for managing stress and anxiety disorders thanks to its relaxing properties without causing stupor or couch lock. Girl Scout Cookies Girl Scout Cookies is a hybrid marijuana strain that is 60% sativa and 40% indica. It's a cross between Durban Poison and OG Kush, but it's not just one of those strains—it's both of them. This makes it stronger than either parent strain, with THC levels that can reach up to 28%. I love this bud because it hits you like two cookies in your mouth at once: one sweet, one savory. The effects are invigorating but mellow enough to allow you to do whatever you need to do without getting too high or too tired. Green Crack The name of this strain is a nod to the sweet, fruity flavor and aroma. With a THC content of up to 25%, Green Crack is known for being very potent. It’s also known for having an energizing high that some people find helpful when it comes to getting things done or performing at their best. If you want to try this strain, it’s best to go with an indica-dominant hybrid such as Cannatonic or Granddaddy Purple that has similar qualities but won’t knock you out like Green Crack will—and if you can find some Lava Kush on top of everything else, even better! Harlequin Harlequin is a hybrid of two very popular strains, Trainwreck and Durban Poison. Harlequin is a sativa-dominant hybrid that is a cross between Durban Poison and Trainwreck. The strain produces an extremely high THC content, producing up to 23 percent on average. Harlequin has been known to produce THC levels as high as 28 percent in some cases! Harlequin’s aroma is sweet and sour while the taste is piney with hints of citrus or even diesel fuel. Jack Herer Jack Herer is a sativa-dominant hybrid named after Jack Herer, the famous cannabis activist who also happens to be a staunch supporter of hemp. This strain was created as a cross between Haze and Northern Lights #5 using pollen from both parents. Though it’s been around since the ‘90s and has won many awards, Jack Herer remains one of the most popular strains available today. The effects of this strain are well balanced between head high and body stone; they come on slowly but then build up quickly with an uplifting cerebral buzz that leaves you feeling creative and energetic enough to tackle any task — even if it’s just cleaning up your apartment! LSD LSD is a hybrid cannabis strain that was first bred in the early 1990s. This strain is a cross between two popular strains: Northern Lights and Skunk #1. LSD contains high levels of THC, with some samples testing over 25% THC content. It can be used to treat anxiety and depression, as well as other mood disorders such as bipolar disorder or bipolar type 1 disorder (BP1). King Louis XIII If you are looking for a cannabis strain that will take your mind off of stress, anxiety and depression, King Louis XIII is the right choice. It has an agreeable high THC content of 22%. The strain is a cross between OG Kush and Sour Diesel and has a fruity flavor with a spicy aftertaste. If you have never tried this strain before, now is the time because this may just be one of the most popular strains in 2022. Pineapple Express If you want to get high, but not too high, then the Pineapple Express is the strain for you. This indica-dominant hybrid is a cross between Hawaiian and Trainwreck, and it has an aroma that smells like sweet pineapple. The effects are relaxing and euphoric – just what you need after a long day of work or play. You’ll feel happy and uplifted while still being able to function normally in social settings. Pineapple Express can treat pain, anxiety and insomnia thanks to its ability to help keep your mood calm without making you sleepy (which is common among many indicas). That makes it an excellent choice for those suffering from PTSD or chronic stress disorders such as anxiety or depression. Conclusion Hopefully, this post has given you some insight into the world of cannabis strains and helped you decide which ones are right for your needs. If not, no worries! There are plenty more options out there that we didn’t cover today. Happy smoking!
- Everything You Need To Know About Cooking with Cannabis
Cannabis is one of the most versatile ingredients in the world. It can be used as a breath mint, an eye cream, and even a tasty pasta sauce. So you might wonder: Can I use cannabis in my cooking? The answer is yes! You can add some THC or CBD to your dishes without any problems at all—if you know how to do it right. Here are some basic tips on how to cook with cannabis. Cooking with cannabis is a great way to get the benefits of marijuana while still being able to control your dosage! Cooking with cannabis is a great way to get the benefits of marijuana while still being able to control your dosage! If you want to use cannabis as an ingredient in your food, here are some tips: Cannabis can be used in many different ways. You can cook it into foods like pancakes, cookies, or brownies. You can also add it to drinks such as tea or coffee if you want a stronger effect. If you're using cannabis for medical purposes and want something more concentrated than edibles alone can provide, try making some tincture (an extract made by soaking cannabis flowers in alcohol) at home—it's super easy! Decarboxylation Before you can begin cooking with your cannabis, it must first be decarboxylated. Decarboxylation is the process of converting THCA (3-hydroxy-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) into THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). This conversion is necessary because THCA does not have any psychoactive effects on its own — only THC can do that. There are many ways to decarboxylate at home, but the easiest method involves placing your cannabis in a crock pot on low heat for about two hours. Once they’re done cooking, remove them from the crock pot and allow them to cool down before putting them away or using them in a recipe. High THC vs. High CBD The difference between THC and CBD is a bit like the difference between alcohol and hops. In both cases, you're talking about two different ingredients that go into making a beverage. Alcohol is what gets you drunk; hops are responsible for adding flavor to beer. THC is the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, which means it's responsible for the "high" people experience after smoking or otherwise ingesting cannabis products containing THC. It's also known as delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9-tetrahydro means that there are nine carbon atoms attached to it). CBD (short for cannabidiol) isn't psychoactive—it won't get you high—but it has been shown to have many medicinal benefits ranging from relieving pain, reducing seizures associated with epilepsy, lowering blood sugar levels in type 1 diabetes patients, treating childhood leukemia and more! Cannabis oil vs. Dry flower When it comes to cooking with cannabis, oil is king. It’s the most potent form of cannabis, and can be used in a variety of ways—from making edibles to adding flavor to any dish you desire. Cannabis oil is made by extracting cannabinoids from dried flower using liquid solvents such as butane, CO2 or ethanol. These extracts are then filtered and refined into an edible product that can be enjoyed on its own or infused into another food item like butter or coconut oil for cooking purposes (just make sure your recipe calls for 1 gram of THC per serving). With this method you get all the beneficial effects of weed without having to smoke it! Cannabutter vs. Cannaoil When you think of cooking with cannabis, you probably imagine making a batch of brownies or cookies. But there are actually two ways to make cannabutter: one is a butter substitute called cannaoil. The other uses actual butter but only requires the addition of ground-up buds—no need for straining! Cannaoil is made by heating coconut or olive oil until the cannabinoids (the active compounds in cannabis) are extracted into it. When you cook with cannaoil, use ½ teaspoon per cup of liquid and follow all other recipe instructions as normal. Cannabutter is made by heating ½ ounce chopped bud (or 2 cups of ground leaves) with 1 lb unsalted butter over low heat until browned and liquefied (about 2 hours). Cool before adding it to any recipe that calls for melted butter, such as baked goods or sauteed vegetables! Dosing your cannabis-infused foods correctly To use this guide, you'll need to know how much cannabis to use per serving. The rule of thumb is to add one gram (1g) of ground cannabis for every 1/4 cup of oil, butter or other fat. To calculate the amount of oil or butter you'll need: If using a single pan with a single burner, follow the ratio above so that each serving has 1g of cannabis. If cooking several dishes at once and using multiple pans on multiple burners (or if making an entire meal), follow this ratio: For every 4 servings, there should be 2g in each dish—so if you're making three servings worth at once (12 total), then each plate should have about 6g total. Grinding your dry herb correctly Grinding your dry herb correctly is important for two reasons. The first is that it helps the cannabinoids in your marijuana flower dissolve into the oil. If you use whole or chunky buds, they can create a thick paste that will be difficult to stir and may cause an unpleasant flavor in your final product. The second reason grinding is important is that it makes sure there are no plant hairs or other debris left behind, which could make you sick if they're not removed before consumption. Temperature and timing are key In order to get the most out of your cannabis, you need to be sure that it's cooked at a temperature high enough for THC to come out but not so high that you burn the product. The temperature depends on what kind of food you're cooking and the amount of time it takes for certain foods to cook. For example, if you are cooking something like steak or chicken breast, which can be prepared in minutes with very little attention or effort required from the chef, then it would probably be better to use a lower temperature setting (approximately 350 degrees). This way, only minimal amounts of THC will end up getting released into your meal as it cooks. On the other hand if you are making baked goods like cookies or cakes because they require more time than meat does (typically 10-20 minutes per batch), then using higher temperatures can help ensure that every bit gets extracted without burning off any precious elements along with them! Conclusion When it comes to cooking with cannabis, there are some things that you need to keep in mind. The most important thing is to make sure that you’re using high-quality flower or oil that has been decarboxylated (decarb) properly. This step insures that your dish will be effective when ingested and taste delicious! If you don’t know how long it takes for your food or drink to be ready, use a reliable recipe or ask someone who has experience with cooking with marijuana before attempting anything complicated. We hope this guide helps demystify the process of making something delicious while also being mindful of dosage!
- The Best Way To Make Weed Tea & Why I Drink It
Tea is tea, and weed is weed. But when you put the two together, magic happens. I'm talking about weed tea, a little-known yet highly effective method of consuming cannabis. Weed tea is basically just ground up marijuana mixed with water and boiled like regular tea leaves. That's it! But this simple concoction packs a punch: It can take anywhere from 90 minutes to several hours for your body to fully absorb THC in the bloodstream after smoking or vaping it—but ingesting it through edibles or tinctures means that your body will process the THC much more slowly. In fact, some people say that eating or drinking marijuana actually helps with anxiety because they don't feel high right away (though others disagree). What is Weed Tea? Weed tea is a drink made with marijuana. It is made by steeping marijuana in hot water, and it can be made with or without THC. Weed tea can also be made with or without CBD (cannabidiol), a chemical compound in cannabis that has medical benefits, but doesn't get you high like THC does. The health benefits of weed tea are many: it helps relieve pain and inflammation; it improves sleep quality; it treats nausea caused by chemotherapy treatments; and more! How to Make Weed Tea You can make weed tea in a number of ways. If you have loose leaf, this is the easiest way to go about it. Fill your cup with water, place some ground up weed leaves into a strainer or tea ball, and then place that in the water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat until all of the THC is dissolved into the beverage and strain out any remaining plant matter before serving. If you're using pre-ground buds or cannabis oil: The same method applies here as well, but instead of using loose leaf you'll probably want to use something like a tea bag because we're working with less material here than when making regular tea with loose leaves (which requires more time). You can also try using coffee press if desired (just don't put hot liquid directly onto metal—you'll burn yourself!). The Best Way to Brew Weed Tea The most important thing to remember is that you do not want to over-brew your tea. You'll be able to taste the difference if this happens—it will taste more like weed and less like tea. If you're making a large batch of weed tea, it's better to pour off some liquid into a separate container and refrigerate it before serving so that everyone gets their fair share. If you've never tried making weed tea before, here's how we do it at home: Boil water in a pot on the stovetop or in an electric kettle for about 2 minutes until it boils (or bring cold water up to boiling temperature). A lot of people recommend using hot water but we've found that using boiling water works just fine! It’s also possible to use fresh mint leaves if you have those available—the stronger the mint flavor is, the stronger your experience will be! This may seem obvious but don't forget about steeping time: When mixed with cannabis oils/butters or tinctures, ground buds can be steeped for as little as 10 minutes while whole buds need closer 30–45 mins depending on desired potency Why I Drink Weed Tea Weed tea is a great alternative to smoking weed. It’s healthier, cheaper, and better for the environment. The THC in your body is absorbed faster when ingested through food or drink than smoked. You also don’t have to worry about burning yourself with a pipe or inhaling smoke into your lungs. And let’s not forget that you can save money by making it at home! Drinking weed tea has benefits for both your mind and body: Weed tea helps relieve stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). Your PNS is responsible for calming you down after getting stressed out—in other words, it makes you feel good again! Drinking weed tea reduces inflammation throughout the body and aids the digestive system so that nutrients can be absorbed more efficiently into our bloodstreams thereby benefiting our overall health and well being in many ways such as helping with digestion problems like nausea caused by chemotherapy treatment while also improving appetite which could lead someone receiving chemo therapy who may not be eating much due to their illness being able to eat better so they get stronger faster because their bodies need nutrients everyday just like everyone else does regardless if they are sick or not." Drinking weed tea is a great alternative to smoking. If you're looking for a healthier alternative to smoking weed, or are just tired of your lungs feeling like they're on fire after getting high, then try drinking weed tea. Weed tea is a great way to medicate without smoking and it allows me to save money by using my medicine in a different way. I make my own weed tea by grinding up an ounce of marijuana in the grinder attachment of my KitchenAid mixer and using this as the base for my concoction. It's easy to do: just fill up your teapot with hot water from either your sink or kettle (you can even use boiling water), add your ground-up marijuana along with some sugar or honey if desired (this makes it taste better), let sit for 15 minutes while you make yourself comfortable somewhere nearby, then strain out all the solids through a paper towel before drinking! It's important to note that there are many different kinds of recipes out there—some companies sell pre-made mixes that come with everything ready-to-go; others recommend adding milk/other ingredients such as nutmeg/cinnamon/apple cider vinegar into their mixes beforehand so everything blends together nicely when mixed together finally before consumption time arrives later down road... Conclusion Drinking weed tea is a great alternative to smoking. It’s easy to make, and it doesn’t hurt your lungs or throat like smoking does. You can also control how much marijuana you consume by choosing how strong your weed tea should be when brewing it. If you have any questions about making weed tea or want some advice from someone who has tried different methods themselves, feel free to leave them in the comments below!
- 5 Reasons to Choose Edibles Over Smoking
If you're an old-school cannabis user, you might not think much about edibles. Sure, they're great for some people, but what's the point when you could just roll a joint or pack a bowl? Yet edibles are more than just a trend: they can offer real benefits over smoke. Not sure if it's time to switch to edibles? Here are five reasons why edible cannabis products might be right for you. Edibles are a healthier alternative to smoking. Smoking is bad for your lungs. Smoking is bad for your throat. Smoking is bad for your skin. Smoking is bad for, well, everything about you. But smoking isn't the only way to get high. Edibles are a healthier alternative to smoking, and they're actually quite effective at helping users achieve that "high" that everyone wants! Edibles can be made in almost any form: baked goods like cookies or brownies; candies like gummies; even soda pop if you want something sugary-sweet! They're easy to make at home using just a few simple ingredients and some time in the oven (or microwave). If you're looking to save money on food but still have an experience similar to smoking pot, edibles are a great option—especially because eating them doesn't require equipment or smoke inhalation! You can be more discreet with edibles. When you’re eating edibles, you can be more discreet. You don't need to carry around a giant bag of weed with you everywhere — just slip a few gummies into your pocket or purse and enjoy them when the time is right. That makes it easy to eat edibles anywhere: at home, in public, at work, on the go, etc. If there's one thing that makes consuming cannabis more difficult than smoking it (and there are quite a few), it's that smell issue. With smokeable cannabis products like joints or blunts, even if they are just as potent as an edible product (which they often aren't), people will know what's going on because they'll smell smoke coming from somewhere nearby. The same goes for vaporizers; these devices produce visible clouds of vapor which may or may not smell like weed depending on how efficiently they're used and how quickly their user exhales those clouds back into the air again. On top of all this, many places have laws against smoking in public places such as parks and sidewalks; this means that anyone who wants to consume flowers needs someplace else where it's legal — usually either indoors away from other people's noses or outdoors somewhere where smoke doesn't linger in one place for long periods of time due to windy conditions outside during different seasons/times of day (which also make outdoor activities more pleasant). It's easier to save money with edibles. Edibles are the most cost-effective way to consume cannabis. When you buy a pre-made edible, you're getting a more concentrated dose of THC than if you were to smoke or vaporize the same amount of weed. The cost per milligram of THC is lower when making edibles at home, and if you do so with an eye toward saving money, it's easier than ever before! Here's how: Use less weed in each recipe (and use smaller servings). You can get away with using less weed in your cooking by reducing the size of your recipes; this will also help reduce costs because it reduces the number of ingredients needed. Buy cheap ingredients that have high ratios of cannabinoids like coconut oil and butter (but not low-quality ingredients like vegetable shortening). If possible, try to purchase organic products whenever possible so that there aren't any pesticides on them." The biggest advantage of edibles is that they last longer than smoking or vaping cannabis. When you smoke or vape cannabis, the effects wear off after only 30 minutes or so—but when you eat it, those effects can last between four and six hours (sometimes even longer). This means that using edibles is a good idea if you have several tasks ahead of you where your focus will be important (like schoolwork). You can find edibles that taste better than smoke. You can find edibles that taste better than smoke. When you smoke, you're getting a lot of other things added to the mix, like tar and carbon monoxide. Edibles are just cannabis oil, which means that the taste of your favorite strain will be more pure and true to what you're used to. Smoking is not a flavor-centric activity, so if you're looking for something that's going to be tasty, it's best not to rely on smoking at all and instead try an edible. Edibles come in a variety of flavors and consistencies, from chewy candies to soft gummies to fudge brownies or even just straight up oil drops on your tongue. These options are all available because we're talking about products made with high quality ingredients: 100% cannabis oil, organic fruits and veggies (or other natural sources), vegan alternatives like coconut oil or soy lecithin...the list goes on! Smoking cannabis isn't the only way to get high anymore! It's no secret that smoking cannabis can be damaging to your lungs. But what you might not know is that it's also a lot more difficult than you'd think to smoke in public. You may have to buy more weed than you need, which means carrying around an extra bag of pot, and trust us when we say that these things are not always welcome among law enforcement officers (or even just nosy neighbors). And let's not forget about how expensive it can be! Not only do you need to pay for the quality of the bud itself, but then there are all those accessories—the rolling papers and lighters—that add up really fast. It's like buying alcohol for every friend who comes over for drinks at home on Friday night: sure enough, one friend will end up drinking too much because he feels left out or something and now everyone has bad breath because he puked up his pizza burrito all over the carpeting...and why am I getting hungry? Let me go grab some snacks before continuing this story line... This is why edibles are such an attractive option: they're healthier than smoking; they don't require any additional equipment (such as lighters/joints/bongs); they're easy-to-use; they control dosage better; they're more discreet; and most importantly: they taste good! Conclusion Hopefully, we’ve given you a better idea of the benefits of edibles. Take some time to figure out what’s right for you personally and how often you want to use them. Once you make that decision, we think your next one will be easy: start searching for the perfect edible today! Speaking of which, if you're looking for that perfect edible, maybe you should try some of ours?
- Why Infused Drinks Are the New Growth Sector for Cannabis Industry
When recreational cannabis was first legalized, there was a lot of hype about the potential increase in marijuana sales. Many people expected there to be a huge boom in the industry with sales skyrocketing across the globe. Sure enough, many companies saw an increase, but not nearly at the level that had been predicted. Now, years later, we are finally starting to see those predictions come true. As it turns out, one of the major players in this new growth sector is cannabis-infused drinks. By most accounts, infused drinks are becoming big business and they're here to stay. Let's take a look at why infused drinks have become so popular and how you can get ahead of this growing trend by stocking your shelves with these new products. Infused Drinks are Less Intimidating than Edibles If you're new to the world of cannabis, infused drinks are less intimidating than edibles. You don't have to eat them or feel like your mouth is going to get stoned. In fact, they take effect so quickly that it can be easy to overdo it if you aren't careful. The effects also last much longer than when smoking or vaping - up to three hours in some cases! The high from an infused drink will hit you hard and fast - but then it'll start tapering off much more slowly than other methods of ingesting THC because it takes time for the cannabinoids in your body (or bloodstream) to metabolize into something called 11-hydroxy-THC which produces a stronger high than regular THC does. There's also another thing called "first pass metabolism" at work here too: A lot of people who try edibles end up feeling very little effect even though they've taken quite a bit of weed because their bodies have broken down most of those compounds before reaching their brains due to how long it takes for food or drink get digested before being absorbed into our bodies' systems and finally beginning its journey through our circulatory system until finally reaching its destination: Your brain where all these wonderful things happen! Infused Drinks Make it Easier for Consumers to Measure Their Dose As a consumer, infusing your drinks with cannabis is a great way to ensure that you’re not consuming too much THC or CBD. You may think that it’s easy enough to measure your dose by simply eyeballing how much cannabis you put in your tea or coffee, but when it comes to edibles such as brownies and cookies, where the packaging doesn’t include any instructions on how much of the product should be eaten, things can get tricky quickly. If you have an edible cookie and don’t know what dosage it contains exactly, then there is a chance that you could accidentally consume more than necessary (or less). However with infused drinks like kombucha or soda pop—a lot of these products already come with measurements printed on them! This makes measuring out your dose so simple – just look at the bottle cap! Infused Drinks are being accepted as a replacement for Alcohol As we see more states legalizing medical and recreational marijuana, there is also a growing acceptance of marijuana infused drinks as a replacement for alcohol. In fact, there's been a spike in the number of new breweries that have ventured into making marijuana-infused beer and wine. From cannabis-infused beers to cannabis-infused sodas and even cannabis-infused water, there are an increasing number of companies who are getting into this space. One of the most popular products on the market today is cannabidiol (CBD)-infused beverages. These non-psychoactive beverages contain no THC and therefore don't get users high, but they do provide some health benefits including relaxation and relief from anxiety or stress. Vaping has been the hot topic in the cannabis industry for years now, but it looks like the market is starting to shift away from vaporizers and toward infused drinks. This isn't surprising, as there's a large overlap between consumers of cannabis products and alcoholics. A recent study on marijuana use in Colorado found that people who bought marijuana were more likely to also buy alcohol than those who weren't interested in cannabis. Forbes reported that 55% of buyers also bought alcohol, compared to only 32% of non-buyers. This makes sense because many people who use marijuana are also drinkers. While some people can use both substances responsibly, others struggle with alcoholism or addiction and would benefit from switching to a safer alternative such as cannabis or CBD oil. Marijuana infused drinks are quickly gaining popularity with consumers. The legal market for cannabis infused drinks is projected to be worth $23 billion by 2022, and is expected to grow by 50% in the next two years. The cannabis industry has come a long way since the days when it was only associated with hippies, stoners, and head shops. Nowadays, it's a multi-billion dollar industry that's growing faster than ever. In fact, Forbes Magazine says that by 2030, the legal cannabis market will be worth $146 billion—that's more than Coca-Cola! And it's not just about flower anymore either: cannabis companies are looking for new ways to get their products into people's hands. And drinks are one of the fastest-growing sectors of the industry. Why? Some drinkers like to get their buzz from alcohol or coffee instead of edibles or smoking. But edibles take time to kick in (up to an hour) and can cause some intense side effects for people who don't typically use cannabis. And if you're looking for something more discreet, smoking isn't always the best option either. But what's the appeal of drinks when you can just smoke? The answer lies in how easy it is for people to consume marijuana without realizing it—and how much better these beverages taste than smoking or vaping. As more states legalize recreational use of marijuana and others are considering doing so, marijuana has become more socially acceptable than ever before. The combination of these factors makes cannabis-infused drinks a great choice for those who want to take their experience with marijuana beyond what they can do at home or on their own time. Conclusion We're living in a time of unprecedented growth for cannabis. In the past few years, we've seen major companies like Starbucks, Coca-Cola, and Budweiser dipping their toes into the cannabis market in an effort to profit from this new industry. But what if you could get your hands on some of that cash before all those big companies do? What if you could partner up with an established brand early on in its development so that you could stay ahead of the curve when it comes to making money off cannabis? That's where marijuana-infused drinks come in: they offer an opportunity for small businesses to make big bucks by partnering up with established brands and getting involved with cannabis early on in its development. And because marijuana is such a hot topic right now (we're talking about it more than ever before), these partnerships are happening more quickly than ever before! The next generation of cannabis consumers will start to care less about price and more about the quality of their product. By creating products with quality ingredients, companies will be able to build a brand that people trust. Cannabis drinks are also great for new users because they can be consumed in private without any social pressure. This makes them perfect for those looking to enjoy themselves without having others look over their shoulder. Interested in trying some Cannabis Drinks? - The Benefits Of CBD For Your Skin
CBD and skin…they go hand in hand, don't they? You need your skin to be healthy and feeling good just as much as you need CBD. Don't believe that CBD can help improve the feel and appearance of your skin? Let’s go over a few benefits you may not have previously thought about. CBD, or Cannabidiol, has been a relatively hot topic this past year and with good reason. CBD can be used as a substitute for THC in order to reap the benefits of marijuana without the psychoactive effects of getting high. But unlike THC, CBD is considered to be non-psychoactive. This means that instead of making you feel "high" by altering your state of mind, CBD works with your body to help it function better in many different ways — including improving your skin. What Are The Benefits of CBD? A Great Way To Improve Your Skin: CBD is one of the most beneficial compounds that you can incorporate into your daily routine. It has been proven to have many health benefits, such as reducing anxiety and helping with sleep disorders. It can also help reduce inflammation and pain, which makes it a great choice for skin care. CBD oil is extracted from the leaves and flowers of hemp plants. This oil has been shown to have many positive effects on your health and well-being. When applied topically, the CBD oil helps with the absorption of other ingredients in your skincare products, including antioxidants and vitamins. One of the biggest benefits of CBD oil is its anti-inflammatory properties. For example, when applied topically it can reduce redness and swelling that occurs when your skin becomes irritated by external factors like the sun or wind blowing against it. This makes it an excellent ingredient for any skincare product aimed at treating acne or blemishes on the face or body. CBD is a great way to improve your skin care routine. It can help to reduce inflammation, which is one of the leading causes of acne. Acne is caused when hair follicles become clogged with oil and dead skin cells. This causes bacteria to grow in the follicle, which leads to an infection. The body's immune system then releases chemicals to try and fight off the invading bacteria, but this can cause inflammation and lead to more breakouts. CBD is a great way to combat this inflammation because it has anti-inflammatory properties. This means that if you use CBD oil as part of your acne treatment routine, you'll be able to reduce the redness and swelling that often comes along with breakouts and help keep your skin clear for longer.
