  • Do you ship outside of Canada?
    Yes absolutely! We ship all our products world wide!
  • Do you offer local delivery?
    Yes! We deliver locally to customers in North Bay, Ontario.
  • When will my order ship?
    Your order will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
  • Do you do same day delivery?
    All orders made before 5pm will be delivered same day. Our deliveries go out at : 10:00am | 2:00pm | 7:00pm
  • What are shipping fees?
    Shipping is free for orders over $150. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will added to all orders under $150.
  • What happens if I don't get my package?
    Your order should arrive no later than 2 business days from the estimated arrival date. If it is beyond this window (5 to 7 business days), we will open an investigation with the delivery service to try and locate your package. If the parcel is deemed lost, after the investigation, we will replace it for free. No refunds will be issued. Please remain patient as we work through this process.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Please read below and proceed to the next step, Make Sure hit Continue (below) to confirm your order! Reminder: Our minimum order is $40 for delivery. All orders under $40 will not be processed. One of our sales reps will reach out to your shortly! (705-491-7015) **** All First Time Customers will be Subject to a Request for ID to Confirm the 19+ Age to complete delivery **** *Important* WE ACCEPT CASH AND E-TRANSFER ONLY! E-Transfer Instructions: 1. Add us as Contact Name : Delivery 2. Please send E-Transfer of total amount to: delivery705@outlook.com 3. Security Question: Which country? Password: Canada Please make no mention of "weed, cannabis, kush, etc" in the notes or we will be unable to accept your order.
  • Can I cancel my order and get a refund after already paying?
    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds of any kind after payment is accepted/processed.
  • How do I send an E-Transfer?
    Learn more about Interac e-Transfers Click HERE Setting up your online banking is a quick set up and sending an Interac e-Transfer takes just a few moments. e-Transfers can take up to 30-min to be received. Upon which you will receive a confirmation when we process your payment to your email your bank account is set up with. If you want to know the process for your particular bank, Google your “your bank’s name” + Interac eTransfer.
  • What will happen to my order if I don't submit payment?
    We will hold on to the order for a few days. After 4-5 days we will cancel your order and you will have to resubmit it.
